Once a month, at the Dark Moon, we gather online.
Not to plan or set goals. To release. To reflect on the cycle just passed- the patterns, the emotions, the things that kept circling- and to clear them from the body before the new cycle begins.
Because if you don't release what the last cycle left behind, you carry it into the next one. And the next. That's why the same things keep showing up.
Inside each two hour ritual we move through gentle breathwork and somatic tapping, free writing, EFT tapping rounds to release what's ready to go, and a card reading to open space for what's coming.

For most of my adult life I couldn't sit with my emotions. Not really.
I had an eating disorder, then years of disordered eating and exercise. IBS. PCOS. Relationships where I bit my tongue instead of said the real thing. I became a mum and the pressure I put on myself got louder — because somehow being a mother didn't feel like enough.
I made most decisions from urgency. I was never fully present. I could barely spend an hour with my kids before the anxiety crept in.

What changed wasn't a mindset shift or a new routine. I learned to feel what was in my body instead of override it.
The moon gave me a rhythm when I had none. EFT gave me a way to release what I'd been carrying-not talk about it, release it.
Now food is easy. Rest doesn't feel like failure. I feel everything- and it feels safe.
I don't have the answers for you.
Your body does.
